Our Services
We offer Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL) workshops and youth programs designed to build confidence, communication, emotional regulation, and self-awareness through ground-based interaction with horses.
No riding is involved, and no prior horse experience is required.
Programs are available on-site at our facility (once completed) or off-site at schools, universities, military bases, and community organisations.

College Communication & Self-Regulation Workshops
For U.S. Colleges & Universities
Horses Helping Humans College Communication & Self-Regulation Workshops are designed to support college students in developing the emotional regulation, self-awareness, and communication skills required to succeed in higher education.
College study places significant cognitive and emotional demands on students. While academic ability is important, many students struggle not because they lack intelligence, but because stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and nervous system dysregulation interfere with focus, learning, and performance.
These workshops help students understand their individual personality type, how their nervous system responds under pressure, and how stress impacts concentration, decision-making, and emotional control. Different personality types respond very differently to academic stress — some become frustrated and reactive, others feel overwhelmed and shut down, while others become anxious, scattered, or unable to focus.
Through practical, experiential learning, students are taught simple, effective techniques using breathing, posture, and body language awareness to regulate their nervous system and restore calm and focus. By learning how to work with their personality and stress responses rather than against them, students gain tools they can apply immediately in lectures, exams, presentations, and daily academic life.
These workshops are particularly beneficial for students experiencing anxiety, academic pressure, emotional overwhelm, or neurodivergence, including autistic students, who often find traditional lecture-based environments and unspoken social expectations especially challenging.
